The Original Plan

This project was originally supposed to be just a reface. We were going to come in and tear out the old deck boards and replace them with Trex composite materials.

What We Actually Found

When we got here to tear the deck boards down, the entire frame needed to go. The underlying structure wasn’t safe to keep, so that’s what we did. We ripped it out and reframed the entire deck.
