Workmanship Warranty Coverage

Our Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty covers the following:

  • Missing or Mis-Struck Nails (Wood Projects) — Lifetime Coverage
  • Missing Concrete Not Meeting AFA (American Fence Association) Standards — Lifetime Coverage
  • Gate Hinges, Locks, and Latches — Lifetime Coverage

Important:
This warranty covers workmanship-related defects only and is separate from any material or product warranties.

What Is Not Covered

Our workmanship warranty does not cover damage caused by factors outside of our control, including:

  • Acts of God, such as tornadoes, floods, high winds, or other natural disasters
  • Damage Caused by Humans or Pets
  • Impact Damage to the Fence or Deck
  • Wind Damage from Gates Left Unlatched

It is important to ensure that gates are properly latched at all times to prevent wind-related damage.

Manufacturer Warranty

In addition to our workmanship warranty, many of the products we use come with a Manufacturer’s Limited Lifetime Warranty.
These manufacturer warranties typically cover defects in materials such as rusting, cracking, or other product failures.

Please note that workmanship warranties and product warranties are separate. While we stand behind our installation, material issues fall under the manufacturer’s specific coverage terms.

Important Terms of Our Warranty

  • This workmanship warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original owner of the property where the project was completed.
  • Failure to pay the final invoice as outlined in your contract will void all warranty coverage, both workmanship and any applicable manufacturer warranties.
