How long does fence installation take?
Most residential projects are completed in one to three days depending on the size of the run and the material you choose. You get a scheduled start date and an update every day we are on site.
Do you pull permits?
Yes. MAP Quality handles all required permits as part of the project process, so you are not chasing paperwork with your municipality.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. We offer 0% financing across all services, including fencing, decking and outdoor living projects.
What fencing materials do you install?
Vinyl, aluminum and wood for homes, plus commercial grade chain link and commercial aluminum for business, industrial and rural properties.
What is the difference between Trex and wood decking?
Trex composite carries a 25 year fade and stain warranty and needs far less upkeep. Wood costs less up front and gives a traditional look, but it needs regular sealing to survive Illinois weather. We build both and will walk you through it on site.
